We have an exciting opportunity for a ISO Implementation Administrator to join our team at Loughborough College Group, based at Loughborough College.

We are seeking a detail orientated ISO Implementation Administrator to support, implement, audit and maintain management systems in accordance with ISO 45001 Occupational Health & safety, ISO 9001 Quality Management and ISO 14001 Environmental Management standards.

The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills enabling them to ensure compliance, continual improvement and effective integration of management systems across organisational processes.

Responsibilities of this role include;

Plan, prepare, and execute internal audits in accordance with ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 standards
Ensure all documentation on the database is maintained and updated as required on a regular basis
Assist in maintaining and improving Integrated Management System (IMS) documentation and processes

What we are looking for;

Experience in data analysis and project management
Experience of working within operation standards
Knowledge of ISO standards
High level of computer literacy – proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programmes
