The Opportunity

We need a transformational Director of Learning to lead our curriculum teams, shape strategy, drive innovation, and have real impact on our communities’ future success.
As Director of Learning you will:
- Lead with clarity and purpose across multiple specialist teams, setting high expectations, nurturing potential at every level and celebrating success
- Empower curriculum teams to design and deliver ambitious, learner-centred programmes
- Drive continuous improvement in teaching, learning and assessment
- Manage your directorate's budget with a sharp commercial focus
- Play a key role in delivering Boston College's 5 Pillars strategy — People, Performance, Productivity, Partnerships and Personality

Terms & Conditions
Contract: Permanent, full-time — 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Pension: Teachers’ Pension Scheme
Holiday: 37 days per year, plus bank holidays and discretionary days
All offers subject to satisfactory enhanced DBS check, references, medical clearance and mandatory training.
