An exciting opportunity has arisen at EKC Dover College as a Learning and Skills Coach.

Are you passionate about support students to achieve their full potential? Do you believe in the power of literacy and numeracy to open doors to opportunities? Can you support students to unlock study and digital skills?

As a Learning and Skills Coach you will support students one-to-one and in small groups, delivering sessions on English, maths, study skills and digital skills. You will work as part of a team of coaches who work across the College, which means that we can play to each team member's strengths to deliver different aspects of our provision.

Hours per week: 15

Salary: £12,206

About You

As a Learning and Skills Coach you will be

highly organised
creative
able to plan engaging and innovative sessions with demonstrated interpersonal skills.
able to assess and track student progress
able to plan further intervention this will be a vital part of the role and ensuring all students develop the skills they need to succeed
passionate about making a difference to the future careers of our students
able to provide academic and pastoral support
