Teaching and Learning Manager (Creative Industries and Digital Team)
Salary - up to £43365.00 per annum
Hours - 39 hours per week, to be worked in accordance with the requirements of the role, including supporting College wide events
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking individual to lead our high-performing Creative Industries and Digital team. As Teaching and Learning Manager, you will:
- Lead and inspire staff to deliver outstanding teaching, learning, and assessment.
- Design, develop and review innovative programmes across FE, work-based learning, and commercial provision.
- Ensure all learners receive inclusive, high-quality education that supports achievement, progression, and positive outcomes.
- Drive high standards and continuous improvement across the curriculum.
- Play a pivotal role in expanding our offer, particularly into adult and higher-level pathways.
Who we're looking for
We are looking for a collaborative, innovative manager who can combine strategic vision with hands-on leadership. You’ll have experience of delivering excellent outcomes for learners and the skills to work with staff and stakeholders to keep our curriculum current, ambitious and industry-relevant.
You hold either a PGCE or CertEd, and has a minimum Level 3 qualification within either Creative Industries or Digital. You will have extensive knowledge of working in a student focused environment, leading to outstanding learner experiences within education.
