The Role
The role of Data Analyst requires a dynamic and highly motivated individual, with responsibility for providing key data through reporting and dashboards to all stakeholders. The role will include analysing data for key trends and patterns to assist in the identification of positive impact for successful outcomes for the organisation and its learners.
The post holder will be responsible for continually developing and improving the College’s data warehouse, sharing best practice, working with internal stakeholders to understand their data needs and develop solutions to meet those needs. Analysing key trends to generate actionable insights for stakeholders for informed strategic decision making. The role also includes maintenance and management of the college’s Management Information Software for data accuracy and efficient working practices within the MIS department and to support all services users.
Please note that this position is based solely at our King’s Road Site. There will not be any provision for online hybrid working.
What Will You Bring to the Role
- Delivering: Ensure timely, secure and accurate data through reporting and dashboards to facilitate the monitoring and key performance outcomes.
- Analysing: Ensuring data and reporting is accurate, understandable to the customer and impactful for strategic decision making
- Focused: Ensure that technical knowledge is up to date, researching new technologies and skills that can improve informed data and decision making
- Interpreting Quantitative Data: Ability to analyse data to evaluate accuracy and/or changes in patterns that require attention.
