FTE Salary: £25,287.00 (Salary is dependent on qualifications and experience)

Actual Salary: £17,923.93

Contract Type: Part time (0.8 FTE), Permanent, Term Time Only

Working Hours: 29.6 hours per week (usual hours 08:30-17:00), 40 weeks per year

We are seeking to appoint a driven self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills to join our creative team at the WISE campus. This role plays a pivotal part in providing information and administrative support to both students, Lecturers and department management.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

· Provide administrative and operational support to students, lecturers, and departmental management, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the department.

· Deliver excellent customer service through both face-to-face and online interactions, responding to enquiries professionally, accurately, and promptly.

· Manage and prioritise multiple tasks in a busy environment, maintaining high levels of organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail.

· Utilise Microsoft 365 and administrative systems (including ProSolution where applicable) to maintain records, process information, and support departmental activities efficiently.

Beneficial Skills & Qualifications

· Experience of successfully undertaking administrative responsibilities associated with education.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

· The ability to work closely with colleagues in a mutually supportive manner.

· Excellent organisational and administrative skills.

· Computer literacy and ICT competence.

· Knowledge of social media
