We are seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Coach to join our team at Sandwell College on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to support and develop learners within the dental sector, helping them achieve their qualifications and progress in their careers.

As a Dental Coach, you will support apprentices and learners in developing their knowledge, skills, and behaviours within the dental profession. You will work closely with employers and students to deliver high-quality coaching, assessment, and progress monitoring, ensuring learners achieve successful outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone with industry experience in dental practice who is passionate about developing others and supporting workforce development.

Key Responsibilities

Coach and support learners working towards dental qualifications / apprenticeships
Deliver high-quality training, assessment, and progress reviews
Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback
Support learners in achieving their qualifications in a timely manner
Liaise with employers to ensure workplace learning meets required standards
Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with awarding body requirements
Provide pastoral support and guidance to learners where required
Contribute to curriculum development and quality improvement
Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and awarding body regulations
