Boston College is seeking an ambitious and proactive Business Development Officer to join our Commercial Partnerships Team.

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to assess business training requirements, promote our services, expand Apprenticeship opportunities, and achieve outstanding results that boost customer satisfaction and project effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive New Business Opportunitiesto achieve income targets and grow the college's commercial and training services.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to assess and address business training requirements.
Actively market the college's training provision and other services to employers and the wider community.
Increase the number of Apprenticeship vacancies by engaging with employers and promoting Apprenticeship programmes.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
