We are seeking to appoint an experienced and proactive Quality Manager to join the NWSLC Quality Team.

The Position:

Quality Manager: Education Programmes for Young People (0.8 FTE - 30 hours per week)

This is a part-time, permanent opportunity for an individual with in-depth knowledge of further education and education programmes for young people (EPYP). The postholder will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of quality assurance and improvement processes across our college.

What skills are we looking for:

Successful track record of leading the development and improvement of teaching, learning and assessment for students across Education Programmes for Young People.
Experience and skill set ready for this cross-college roles.

Responsibilities for the role:

To provide cross-college leadership and management for all aspects of quality assurance and improvement and ensure that the College achieves outstanding outcomes for its students and apprentices.

The Quality Managers are responsible for driving forward an ethos of continuous improvement across the whole organisation. This role will focus on the College’s Education Programmes for Young People provision, resulting in improved performance and generating an outstanding student experience.

To contribute to a quality team that accelerates improvement in the College’s quality of education and provides an immediate, effective support and intervention across all aspects of College provision of teaching, learning and assessment.

The Location: The role will be based at our Nuneaton or Wigston Campuses (with travel required across all campuses)
