Salary up to £26,484 pro rata, actual salary up to £22,583.02 per annum

37 hours per week, 38 weeks term time only

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team and work closely with both staff and students. The successful candidate will support curriculum areas by monitoring and tracking the attendance and punctuality of full-time students. Additionally, this person will serve as a point of support for students showing social, emotional, or behavioural concerns.

The position is primarily based at our Blossomfield Campus and calls for a high level of commitment, strong organisational skills, and exceptional interpersonal abilities. Experience working with young people is essential.
