We're looking for an organised and people-focused individual to support our busy People Services department. This varied role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others and thrives in a supportive team environment.

What you'll be doing:

Supporting HR processes such as staff development and recruitment
Being the welcoming face and voice for visitors and callers
Maintaining accurate employee records and documentation
Helping coordinate our staff development programs and benefits
Taking meeting minutes and handling general administrative tasks
Working with our People Services system

What we're looking for:

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and professionalism
Ability to handle confidential information sensitively
Computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
Flexible approach and ability to work as part of a team
Previous administrative or customer service experience would be helpful
