With nearly 15 years of diverse experience in post-16 education across the UK and the UAE, I bring a comprehensive background in teaching, teacher training, curriculum development, and educational leadership. I hold a Master’s in Educational Leadership and Management, a Certificate in Education, QTLS status, and I am a qualified assessor (CAVA certified). My expertise spans further education, vocational training, and adult learning, with a consistent focus on learner-centered methodologies and inclusive practice.
Currently serving as a freelance teacher trainer for a UK-based institution, I specialize in providing tailored coaching to trainee teachers, conducting microteaching observations, and leading curriculum quality assurance initiatives. In my previous roles, I have successfully delivered nationally accredited programs such as the City & Guilds Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training, trained educators in digital pedagogies, and led curriculum design for Emiratisation-aligned ESL programs in the UAE.
