My leadership style is collaborative and values-driven, with a focus on equity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
I have overseen budgets, implemented robust safeguarding frameworks, and used data to monitor performance and drive innovation. I am confident in engaging stakeholders—from local authorities and funders to community partners and service users—and I thrive in environments where co-production and lived experience shape decision-making.
