About
A former soldier, classroom teacher, and C-suite executive in further education, Perry Perrott brings a genuinely rare combination of front-line teaching experience, senior operational leadership, and deep institutional knowledge of the FE sector.
With a PGCE and a decade in FE classrooms and curriculum management, Perry understands education from the ground up. But his career has evolved well beyond the classroom. He has held executive roles at HRUC Group and Activate Learning, leading governance, compliance, safeguarding, digital transformation, and strategic operations across large, complex multi-site college groups — achieving an Outstanding interim inspection rating at Activate Learning and driving compliance improvements of over 32% at HRUC.
Perry has built and led departments from scratch, managed multi-million pound budgets and global portfolios, deployed immersive AR/VR technology into live teaching environments, and served as a Registered Data Protection Officer. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors, a Fellow of the Learning and Performance Institute, and holds qualifications from Cranfield University, PRINCE2, and the ETF Inclusive Leadership Programme.
Whether the role calls for operational grip, people leadership, curriculum knowledge, governance expertise, or the ability to connect an organisation's digital ambitions to real learning outcomes, Perry has done it, at scale, and with measurable results. He is now based in Yorkshire and open to roles across the education sector where breadth of experience, senior credibility, and a genuine commitment to learners can make a real difference.
