Key Achievement
My standout project is the NILE University Medical Student Residence at Asokoro General Hospital, Abuja — a ~₦3 billion NGN (~£1.5M) development where he led full MEP design and delivery. This included VRF/DX air conditioning, plumbing, fire suppression, and electrical distribution systems, all coordinated through BIM and delivered on time with full commissioning and handover.

Senior Mechanical Engineer – Berachah Rock Quarries Ltd, Nigeria (2020–2023): Led MEP design coordination, client-facing reviews, site supervision, and handover documentation across multiple building types.
MEP Project Engineer / HSE Advisor – Acuspare Projects, Nigeria (2015–2017): Produced coordinated MEP layouts in Revit, implemented clash detection, and led site safety.
HSE Engineer (MEP Oversight) – Julius Berger Nigeria PLC (2018–2020): Monitored large-scale infrastructure MEP works (including a national data centre), delivered audits and safety training.
