About
I am an experienced Business Analyst with over five years of delivering digital transformation and process improvement initiatives across banking, insurance, and asset management organisations. I have a strong track record of working in regulated environments, partnering closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver solutions that create measurable value.
In my current role, I support the mobile banking personalisation programme, focusing on improving customer journeys and reducing friction in high drop off areas. My work involves AS IS and TO BE analysis, requirements elicitation, user story definition, and close collaboration with Product, UX, Engineering, and Compliance teams. One of the features I supported increased customer engagement by approximately twenty five percent and reduced navigation related support queries.
Previously, I worked on a large scale CRM modernisation programme, supporting the migration from legacy systems into Salesforce across Sales and Marketing. I led requirements analysis, data mapping, and data quality improvement activities, contributing to an improvement of around thirty percent in operational efficiency and enabling more effective client segmentation and reporting.
I have experience working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments. In Agile settings, I collaborate with Product Owners and delivery teams on backlog refinement, sprint planning, and acceptance criteria validation.
