I am an experienced and dedicated Mathematics teacher with over 15 years of teaching experience and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). I have a strong track record of delivering high-quality teaching across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, with a focus on improving student outcomes and fostering a positive attitude towards mathematics.

Throughout my career, I have successfully taught a wide range of learners with diverse abilities and backgrounds. I am skilled in differentiating lessons to meet individual learning needs, using a variety of teaching strategies to ensure all students are engaged and supported. My teaching approach emphasises clarity, problem-solving, and real-life application of mathematical concepts, helping students to build confidence and achieve their full potential.

I have consistently contributed to improved student performance, including preparing students for GCSE and A-level examinations, with many achieving strong results. I am also experienced in assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and implementing targeted interventions where necessary.

In addition to my classroom teaching, I have demonstrated strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment. I work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to curriculum development.
