About
I have a strong background in Further Education, apprenticeships, workforce development and local government. I currently work as the Apprenticeships & Qualifications Lead for Warrington Borough Council, supporting the delivery of skills, training and apprenticeship initiatives that help individuals and organisations develop and succeed.
Management experience has provided me with a solid foundation in leading teams, developing staff, managing performance and delivering services against organisational objectives. I have experience in stakeholder engagement, partnership working, project delivery and influencing across a wide range of internal and external partners.
I have worked with employers, training providers, colleges, universities and public sector organisations to develop effective skills solutions and apprenticeship programmes. I have built strong relationships, driving continuous improvement and delivering successful outcomes in complex and fast paced environments.
