About

I’m a refrigeration specialist with extensive hands-on experience in commercial, industrial, and beverage systems. I started my career at Colcab focusing on electrical wiring, then moved to Coca-Cola where I worked on fridges, cold rooms, soda fountains and ice machines. I’ve also managed a variety of systems at Henties Fruit Juices and Cater Market.
As Refrigeration Team Leader at IMS South Africa, I oversaw the full installation of systems for major clients like Checkers and Starbucks. Currently, I work as a Refrigeration and HVAC Lecturer, combining practical training with theoretical teaching. I'm certified in hydrocarbon handling and will soon be the first trainer in the Western Cape qualified to teach CO₂ refrigeration systems.
