About

As a dedicated postgraduate student specialising in Cancer Cell and Molecular Biology, my academic journey is centred on exploring epigenetic changes in early human development, with a particular focus on X-chromosome inactivation and heterochromatin formation. My research employs human stem cell models to investigate these fundamental processes, aiming to contribute to our understanding of developmental gene regulation and disease mechanisms.

Alongside my research, I have cultivated strong skills in scientific writing and advanced Imaging techniques enabling me to clearly communicate complex ideas and findings.

Complementing my academic training, I bring hands-on clinical laboratory experience in histopathology, blood banking, transfusion science, haematology, phlebotomy, pathology, microbiology and the operation of biochemical analysers, enriched through clinical postings and practical rotations.

With a keen interest in roles such as Research Assistant, Research Associate, or Clinical Laboratory Technologist, Lecturer, I am eager to contribute to both the research and development sector and clinical environments, demonstrating adaptability, precision, and a solution-oriented approach in every challenge.
