As a dedicated young academic, my primary goal is to contribute to the advancement of impactful research, teaching, and mentorship within further education. I am passionate about providing exceptional instruction and mentorship, creating an engaging and enriching learning experience for students. My academic credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration with First-Class Honors in Business Management and Secretarial Education, a Master of Philosophy in Human Resource Management, and the recent completion of my PhD in Business and Management Studies. With over seven years of proven experience as a lecturer and mentor in business and management, in addition to related disciplines, I have consistently delivered results. In my previous role, I played a significant part in developing research outputs in business and management, organizational behavior, quantitative analysis, and human resource management. During this time, I also designed and implemented dynamic mentoring and coaching interventions, developed innovative learning resources and programs, and enhanced the understanding of course materials for more than 400 students. I ensured that the knowledge imparted aligned with current industry standards. Furthermore, I fostered critical thinking and active discussion among students by employing various teaching methods in my business courses. I am now eager to further broaden my expertise in a stimulating, challenging, and dynamic environment where I can make a meaningful impact and fully utilize my skills.
