PMO / Project Support – Qatar National Bank (2011 – 2018)
Provided project and administrative support across a portfolio of change initiatives within a structured governance environment. Responsibilities included maintaining project documentation, tracking risks and actions, preparing regular status updates for internal review meetings, monitoring CAPEX requests and approvals and supporting reporting across multiple projects. I also assisted in reviewing and refining the CAPEX approval process to reduce delays and improve clarity of responsibility.
Operations & Project Coordination – Toeslaw Industries (2018 – 2023)
Supported operational and project coordination activities within an agricultural development programme. Responsibilities included supplier liaison, procurement support, documentation control, budget tracking, stakeholder communication and oversight of CSR-related initiatives. Professional Development / Career Break (May 2023 – Present)
Following relocation to the UK, I completed the IT Career Switch Project Management Traineeship and achieved PRINCE2 Foundation, Agile Foundation, Scrum Master and Change Management certifications. I also attended a Business Analysis training to strengthen my project support capability within a UK context.
