I am highly educated and I and have a CIPD [Level 5] and a master’s degree in Personnel Management and development [Level 7] I also completed a Teaching as a Foreign Language [TEFL] 120-hour online course and understand fully the time it takes to plan a classroom day. I trained Managers on a board two cruise ships in Child and Youth Safeguarding, to ensure that all crew were .compliant with the safeguarding guidelines. This was also important to identify children and youth signs – bruising, aggressive behaviours, mood swings with different personalities than normal and being reserved due to being frightened to open up. This is not tolerated in any personal or professional circumstance.
I left BAE Systems via a Redundancy Programme, where I was employed for 18 years as a HR Generalist, In-house recruitment and in a Case Management Centre of Excellence, handing Employee Relations cases within a workforce of 40,000+ employees, this included Grievance Disciplines, ill Health, Performance Capability and Long-Term Sickness.
Within recruitment I worked on a Typhoon £4 billion Government to Government Contract [UK/KSA] successfully recruiting high calibre employees from Senior Management to Aircraft Technicians, filling positions for 2 squadrons which included 600 employees. I managed and End to End recruitment process which included a Presentation in all areas of the United Kingdom, France, Germany and the USA. Siting CV's, providing interview and processing Employment Contracts for successful applicants. I successfully recruited Aircraft Electricians which the Company was paying £9,000 per person to other companies. By utilising social media & word and mouth I found all 9 electricians saving the company £81.000.

In my last position, I was providing advice to Client of various companies, although I would prefer to provide guidance and support to Managers, within the organisation I am employed.
I have worked in a Personnel/Human Resources position of 30 years where I have worked in a number of sectors including a Global Defence Company, Global Automobile Company and a Large Leisure & Hospitality Organisation as a HR Manager for two Cruise Companies - Holland & America Line and Viking Cruises.
This has made me versatile, and I can move into organisations by quickly understanding the company's culture, values and policies which would be invaluable to an employer. I am approachable and I work hard as a Human Resources Professional, I am a good team player when it is required, completing solutions and resolving issues to protect the Organisation and the Human Resources Team.
