I have worked in Hospitality for many years working in various establishments, including restaurants,contrsct catering, running my own business.I have worked in education for 25 years now and experienced many changes.I pride myself on the results my learners have achieved over the years.Part of my job role involves delivering Masterclasses to the commis chef and ched de partie apprenticeships.
