I’ve built strong experience in administration and customer‑facing roles, and I’m used to being the first point of contact for a wide range of people with a calm and friendly approach, handling phone calls, managing enquiries and keeping front‑desk areas tidy and well‑organised.
I have strong administration and customer‑service experience, along with excellent IT skills, including confident use of Microsoft Office and other bespoke systems.
