With over 30 years of experience in the education sector, Assessing, Training, Coaching, and quality assurance, I bring a learner-centred, outcome-focused approach to every programme I support. I am particularly excited by the opportunity to join a forward-thinking training provider where I can contribute to learner success and continuous quality improvement.
My background includes delivering and assessing qualifications in Leadership & Management (L3–L7), Coaching (L5), Team Leading, and Business Administration. In my recent role as a Development Coach and IQA with Raise the Bar, I supported learners across nationally recognised programmes and played a key role in standardisation, compliance monitoring, and quality improvement. My ability to coach learners to achieve their potential, while ensuring all delivery meets awarding body standards, has been consistently recognised by employers and learners alike.
I hold a Level 7 Coaching Professional qualification, CMI Level 5 in Leadership & Management, and full A1/V1 Assessor and Verifier awards. I am also highly proficient in using systems such as BUD, OneFile, Teams, and Zoom to support remote delivery, progress tracking, and compliance.
Beyond qualifications and experience, I pride myself on being approachable, adaptable, and passionate about lifelong learning. I create a safe, inclusive learning environment that encourages growth and professional development, and I am confident supporting safeguarding, EDI principles, and embedding British Values into every aspect of delivery.
