The Position: We’re looking for a Supported Internship Programme Job Coach - Term Time Only
37 Hours per week x 38 Weeks per year
Base locations of Wigston/Hinckley, cross campus working is a requirement.
Job Coaches will be working across various workplace sites.

Join our dynamic Supported Internship Programme as a Job Coach, where you'll play a vital role in bridging the gap between education and employment.
You would be working in an award-winning team, that are highly experienced and passionate about helping young people with SEND gain new skills and transition into the world of work by removing the barriers they face.
As a Job Coach, you will support young people on their Supported Internship Programme, ensuring they gain meaningful work experience and develop the skills to transition into sustained employment. You’ll work closely with employers, educators, and learners to create a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment where every intern can thrive and succeed.

What skills are we looking for:
- A passionate employee who believes in the potential of young people.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage interns and employers.
- Experience of working with young people with SEND in an educational or employment setting.
- Knowledge of workplace accommodations, disability rights, and employment pathways.
- Commitment to empowering young people through practical, hands-on learning experiences.

- Create outstanding content to support our customers journey
The Location: Job Coaches will be working across various workplace sites. Campus base is Wigston/Hinckley Campus. Cross campus working is a requirement.
