We are looking for an administrator to join our Faculty Office administrative team, where you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support at our Woodlands campus. The successful candidate will work collaboratively as part of the Faculty Office team and deliver tailored administrative assistance to Heads of School.
In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for Heads of School and customers, managing a range of administrative responsibilities and ensuring the smooth operation of key Faculty Office processes including:
Procurement of goods and services
- Processing student refunds
- Issuing student references
- Coordinating educational visits
- Administration of part-time courses
- Processing accounting examinations and payments
- Scheduling meetings with parents and students
- Overseeing general area administration
Additionally, you will represent the office as a main contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
Candidates must have experience with Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position. Familiarity with Microsoft Teams would be advantageous.
