The Position: We’re looking for a Maintenance-Satellite Technician

Our team plays a key role in maintaining the college estate, ensuring that our campuses remain safe, functional, and welcoming for students, staff, and visitors. What skills are we looking for:

Creative Problem-Solving – Contribute innovative ideas to troubleshoot issues, streamline work processes, and propose practical solutions that enhance the quality of our support while promoting sustainable practices.
Hands-On Approach – Be prepared to tackle a wide variety of tasks, from moving furniture and installing whiteboards to managing internal mail deliveries and travelling to other campuses to provide assistance.
Finisher Mentality – Demonstrate a commitment to completing tasks promptly, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality.

Responsibilities for the role:

Travel Between Sites – As a Satellite Technician, you’ll regularly visit different campuses to provide on-site support.
Ensure Compliance – Carry out essential compliance and maintenance tasks across multiple locations to help keep all sites safe and fully operational.
Deliver Excellent Service – Provide dependable, high-quality support to the entire NWSLC community, ensuring a positive experience and consistent reliability at all times.
