The Position: We’re looking for an IT Technician

Are you an experienced tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for all things IT? We're seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our team and provide essential support to our organisation's technology infrastructure.

As an IT Technician, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing hardware and software systems, ensuring seamless operations for our employees. Your responsibilities will include responding to user inquiries, resolving technical issues, and assisting in the implementation of new technologies. What skills are we looking for:

· Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues across a variety of platforms and devices, including desktops, laptops, servers, and mobile devices.

· Customer Service Orientation: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide friendly, efficient, and effective support to end-users while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

· Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to troubleshoot and find creative solutions to technical challenges, minimising downtime and disruptions.

Responsibilities for the role:

· Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues.

· Maintain and upgrade hardware, software, and network components.

· Ensure security compliance, document IT processes, and assist with IT procurement.

The Location: The site is based in Nuneaton, however all our technicians are expected to work at other sites as required.
