The new adverts put a spotlight on industry professionals who have transitioned from industry into FE, showing how passing on their real world skills is helping to shape the next generation of workers.
By featuring real trainers, students and colleges, it highlights the benefits of a career in FE and demonstrates that a career change doesn’t have to be a leap into the unknown.
At it’s heart, the new creative shows how training others in FE offers professionals like you a fresh setting and renewed sense of purpose, without leaving behind the skills and experience you’ve built throughout a career in industry.
