Picture the scene: you spend time and money placing an advert in the usual places (with so many job boards it’s easiest just to do what you’ve always done).

Sometimes you get lots of applicants, but not always the right kind. Sometimes you get none even though apparently your advert is getting lots of views. Cue more time and money to start again or extend your advertising period.

You’ve no evidence that your adverts were really in the right place but nobody advising you to do anything different either. So each time you spend the same money on the same things, getting the same results. By letting us take care of it in the first place, that can be a thing of the past.

What do we do and how does it work?

We offer a fully integrated service, or a teeny bit of help here and there, whatever you need. It’s all very easily kick-started by following our one-step process.

Step 1: Email your advert to hello@onlyFE.co.uk
Step 2: Not your problem. We’ll do the rest, which goes a little something like this:

Advert Placement

This is where the magic happens. We use a huge network of generic and specialist job boards to get your advert in front of the right people, in the right places for the right amount of time.

We’ll always optimise the placements as we go. If something isn’t working we’ll change it. That’s why digital can be far more efficient than print advertising.

Candidate Management

We don’t just get the ad working then leave you to it. We’ll actively candidate search and approach relevant people.

We’ll monitor and record responses to your advert. We’ll liaise with the candidates, ensure they complete your application forms in time, help them with any queries and make sure all applications get where they’re supposed to.

Reporting

As an extension of your team, we’re accountable too, which is why we will provide a detailed candidate report at the end of each campaign. You’ll know exactly where your applicants have come from and how well spent your money was.

If any or all of the above are music to your ears then get in touch. Or if it’s just guidance, advice or opinion you need, we’re here for that too.
