The College has opportunities available for industry professionals in the areas of plumbing, construction, logistics, building services and Engineering to join the College on either a full or part-time basis and participate in our Teacher Development Scheme. Supported by the Taking Teaching Further programme you will receive a high quality and comprehensive training programme which will include:

Attendance on a Cert Ed/PGCE programme
Comprehensive academic staff induction
Weekly teaching staff development sessions
Support from an allocated mentor
Opportunity to undertake lesson observations of experienced teaching staff
Support through team teaching/work shadowing
