Recruitment Advertising Solutions for City College Southampton
We are delighted to have been working with Senior HR Advisor at City College Southampton, Michelle Foston, for a number of years. We are responsible for managing all of their recruitment advertising across the entire organisational structure of the College, from Administration and Catering staff through to teaching staff and senior members of the management team.
We work as an extension of the College’s HR team. Through building a lasting, trusting relationship with them and developing a deep understanding of their needs and challenges, we continue to achieve enviable success rates.
